Could Kettlebells Assist Sheamus in Way of Power?

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, I felt like it was ideal to look at one prospering wrestler coming from Ireland. Those of you who watch wrestling possibly know who I am talking about for those who don't, make note of Sheamus. Easily one of the more popular stars in WWE today, he has made a name for himself in the few years that he has been with the corporation, showcasing charisma and strength alike. In the case of the other trait, I think that kettlebells can suit him well.

Easily one of the more recognizable Superstars centered on appearance alone, you won't find many who look like him. While a large amount of wrestlers now sport tans since they are the norm, Sheamus proudly sports his pale Irish skin and it compliments his fiery red hair and beard as well. While this appearance may seem dissimilar, he's also a bigger wrestler, which lends itself to quite a number of instances of power. Sheamus is, quite simply, one of the more marketable people in the wrestling scene we see today.

At a tall height of six feet four inches, I believe that Sheamus is just about every bit as powerful as he is imposing. He's a powerful striker and being able to knock out his opponents is a trait that he holds in high regard. He is a man with deep Irish roots and you'd be hard-pressed to find another star that is as ready to fight as he is. It's not like he's afraid of a battle, though, especially with several techniques just waiting to be put to use.

I think it goes without saying that Sheamus is a powerhouse, which makes the usage of kettlebells all the more logical. These are the kinds of dumbbells which are endorsed by authorities such as Lorna and for good reasons as well. For one, Sheamus may not always be a high-flying wrestler but he will take to the skies on occasion. I believe that when you're talking about the stars that are so versatile, this particular Irishman may be one of the most recognizable.

Kettlebells can be rather advantageous for those who want to keep up with their athletics and not stick merely to the area of power. The problem with basic dumbbells is that this is the only area which is helped and I don't think that it's very feasible. There should be a number of areas that are granted help when working out. You do not want to stick primarily to one or two parts of the body while ignoring the others; it simply won't do when you're talking about exercise.
