Individuals are so used to eating junk and fast food that they really do not consider the nutritional value of things they stuff into their body. 7) Avoid saturated fats. Saturated fatty acids boost the production of acetate fragments in the body which brings about the production of cholesterol. Cholesterol gets lodged in the blood cells and organs doing all kinds of damage to your body.

8) Lastly, Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or anything else that is shown to be bad for your health. You have to everything you can to help your body if you want to gain that inch. This means giving up the stuff that is not helpful to gaining height.
